Refund & Returns Policy

At Little Friend Co., we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our refund and return guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.

  • Custom or personalized items (such as engraved hat bands or name patches) cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made products (unless damaged/defective upon arrival)

3. Process for Returns

  1. Contact us at info@littlefriendco.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide instructions for shipping your item back.

  3. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • For size exchanges or style changes, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@littlefriendco.com with photos.

  • We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank or credit card company.

  • If you’ve done this and still haven’t received it, please contact us at info@littlefriendco.com.
